Global Chief Data & Marketing Technology Officer, IPG
In 2017, Arun was named IPG's first-ever Chief Data & Marketing Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of global product and technology solutions across the network. In addition, Arun provides strategic counsel and leadership on data infrastructure across IPG’s portfolio of agencies, driving innovation and increasing efficiencies. With oversight of Acxiom, Kinesso and Matterkind, a Kinesso company, IPG has accelerated the global scale of its data capabilities and product offerings, while maintaining the highest standards of data ethics, privacy and compliance.

Chief Culture Officer, Kinesso
Erica Schmidt has led Matterkind, a brand’s partner in addressable activation (previously Cadreon), for the past five years. Erica continues to break barriers as Global CEO, and is focused on introducing the industry to an audience-focused approach to addressable media, and dedicated to making marketing more effective to brands by delivering real business outcomes. Matterkind, a Kinesso company, aligns closely with its partners at UM, Initiative and Reprise, as well as its own clients. Erica is passionate about her team of specialists and has put people at the center of a technology-heavy industry. Alongside Matterkind’s business endeavors, Erica is deeply committed to building a best-in-class culture. In addition to her role as Global CEO, Matterkind, Erica is also Chief Culture Officer for all of Kinesso.
Chief Operating Officer, Kinesso
As COO, Ian is responsible for turning the global vision for Kinesso into tangible reality, while ensuring the company delivers the solutions its customers need. With business models changing in many areas due to Covid-19, Ian considers his biggest success thus far as COO to be continuing to deliver the foundations of future business growth during the financial realities of a global pandemic.
With over 25 years of experience, Ian most recently served as Chief Product Officer of IPG Mediabrands, a position he held for two years before being elevated to COO of Kinesso. Prior to his role as CPO, Ian was EVP and Managing Director of Global Product at Cadreon, an advertising technology unit of IPG Mediabrands, rebranded as Matterkind in May of 2020. During his time at Cadreon, Ian built and managed the global rollout of Unity, Cadreon’s proprietary tech platform, which consolidated audience insights, targeting, and campaign management.
Driven by his passion for all things tech and his own curiosity, Ian founded his own advertising technology company, Ad Infuse, in 2005, which was acquired by Velti in 2009. As SVP of Product at Velti, Ian helped take the company to its listing on Nasdaq.
Chief Talent Officer, Kinesso
Renu Hooda is the Chief Talent Officer at Kinesso, an IPG company. With nearly fifteen years in the IPG network, her skills and passions focus on creating high-performing teams. After starting her career as an actuary at Watson Wyatt, she found her way to IPG corporate, then IPG Mediabrands, and now Kinesso—leading its worldwide human resources function. From managing the talent lifecycle and employee experience, to succession planning and diversity and inclusion initiatives, she is creating all the right leadership impacts by leveraging organization strength to drive performance. She has been instrumental in transforming the business, overseeing all its major HR activities and instilling in its people a solutions-focused mindset.
Chief Product Officer, Kinesso
As CPO, Kimber is responsible for defining and delivering the product strategies for Kinesso, focusing on fueling growth by leading Kinesso’s collaborations across IPG, rolling out proprietary technology, and setting roadmaps for Kinesso’s engineering teams. Robbins took over this key position from Ian Johnson who was elevated to Chief Operating Officer in 2020.
With over 15 years of product management experience, Kimber most recently served as EVP Product Management for Kinesso, a position she also held for IPG MediaBrands prior to Kinesso’s launch. Kimber has also held positions as SVP Product Management for IPG MediaBrands, and VP Product Management for Matterkind (formerly Cadreon).
Hard work and determination have seen Kimber rise through the ranks to now running Kinesso’s product and engineering group, a position she has referred to as a dream come true.
Dr. Femi Olu-Lafe
SVP, Culture and Inclusion, Kinesso
As the Culture and Inclusion leader at Kinesso, Femi leads the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for Kinesso and its sister IPG agencies, Matterkind and Acxiom. Her responsibilities include extending the impact of existing DEI efforts, identifying opportunities for new programs, and championing the companies’ focus on ensuring their data and technology products serve all people in a respectful and inclusive manner. Femi’s passion lies in ensuring employees have meaningful ways to engage so they can continue co-creating the diverse and inclusive culture that is core to each company’s values and culture.
Prior to joining Kinesso, Femi was a Senior Consultant at YSC Consulting, where she used her expertise in cognitive psychology and applied data analysis to provide leadership insights, executive coaching, and partnership to organizations wishing to develop and execute bespoke DEI initiatives. Before that, she was part of Catalyst’s Diversity and Inclusion practice. Femi earned her PhD in Psychology at Boston University, her MSc in Cognitive Neuropsychology at University College London, and a BA in Psychology at Cornell University.
Chief Client Officer, Kinesso
Tracy YoungLincoln is the Chief Client Officer at Kinesso, where she focuses on identifying client business problems and designing bespoke solutions that will enhance their data strategies, consumer engagement, marketing efficiency, and global compliance. As CCO, Tracy ensures there is consistency for clients in their data and technology journey with Kinesso, that their investments are tied to key business results, and that client voices are at the center of Kinesso’s transformative solutions.
Tracy has over two decades in the industry, including her previous role as EVP, Global Client Solutions and Success at Kinesso and seven years at Publicis Media Groupe, where she led intelligence, data, and technology teams across multiple agencies — Moxie, MRY, Zenith Media, and Unit 3C — building proprietary technology, innovation practices and driving performance marketing for clients like Verizon, Delta, Audible, Kellogg’s, Walmart, Coca-Cola and eBay. She is particularly proud of developing the Applied Behavioral Science team while at Publicis, creating a unique team and set of products designed to better understand humans and why choices are made to better influence marketing for clients. This unique offering combined neuroscience and AI technology into the end to end workings of how media, creative and experiences were developed and improved for clients.
Chief Commercial Officer, Kinesso
As CCO Tom is responsible for commercial strategy of Kinesso offerings as well as the financial operations of the company’s data and technology assets. Previously CFO of Data and Technology for Mediabrands, Tom took on his current role in 2020.
Tom has served in a variety of roles during his nearly sixteen years in the IPG network, including SVP, Head of Global Client Finance Mediabrands, CFO of Matterkind (formerly Cadreon) Magna Global and Reprise Media, and CFO Mediabrands Australia.
Tom, who has stated that curiosity, patience and collaborating with clients and partners have been keys to his past success, considers his biggest accomplishment so far to be supporting the growth of Kinesso Audiences and the development of finance and commercial talent within the organization. In his current position as CCO, Tom is most looking forward to seeing the growth of new Kinesso offerings in Audience, Identity and Addressable Media.
Global Chief Financial Officer, Kinesso
As CFO of Kinesso, Ian is responsible for all areas of global finance, accounting, technology, legal and compliance. In this role, he collaborates with Kinesso, IPG, and Mediabrands leadership to drive financial performance across the portfolio, working to provide strategic counsel and further growth opportunities.
Ian has 15 years of experience at Interpublic Group, working across creative, media, and technology. In performing regional and local market finance roles, he has lived and worked in Singapore, gaining international management and M&A experience.
Prior to joining Interpublic Group, Ian held a variety of roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers across offices in the UK, South Africa, and China.
Chief Investment Officer, Kinesso
In addition to his role as CIO at Kinesso, Vin Paolozzi also serves as a member of MAGNA’s global leadership team, an IPG Mediabrands company. Vin is responsible for developing strategic relationships with leading media, data, and technology companies that drive solutions for IPG clients. He is also responsible for working with IPG agency leads to analyze client buying practices and recommend strategies that create emerging and automated solutions.
Prior to MAGNA, Vin was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Interactive One. Vin also spent time at SpiralFrog Inc. as the Director of East Coast Sales, and he began his career in digital media with AOL. He held a number of roles at AOL across Ad Operations and planning, sales, and sales management over the course of his 5+ years there. Before working in digital media, Vin began his career in the CRM consulting space.
Global Chief Digital Responsibility and Public Policy Officer, Kinesso & IPG
As Global Chief Digital Responsibility and Public Policy Officer, Sheila leads the global data policy and digital responsibility strategies for Kinesso, ensuring that data and digital technology are used accountably across the enterprise and with IPG clients, in ways that serve people. Sheila is responsible for public policy engagement with regulators, policy groups, clients and other key stakeholders, globally advocating for ethical advertising and marketing practices. Colclasure is a recognized global thought leader on applied data ethics, accountable data governance and human-centered digital responsibility. She also serves on the advisory board of the IAF and is corporate liaison to several industry standards-setting groups. Prior to joining IPG’s Kinesso, she was the Acxiom Global Chief Data Ethics Officer and Public Policy Executive, Manager of Congressional and Political Affairs for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Washington, D.C., and Staff Assistant in the U.S. Senate. Sheila has a master’s degree in communications, specializing in business and political communication.
Josh Leicht serves as General Counsel at Kinesso. In his role, Josh is responsible for all areas of legal and compliance activities globally. Previously, Josh was a member of the Acxiom legal organization for 19 years. Most recently, he oversaw all commercial contracting for the Acxiom U.S. Legal Team. Prior to Acxiom, Josh was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, and served in both the 1st and 2nd Infantry Divisions for the United States Army. An active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, he currently serves as Post Trustee.
