Kinesso is just over a year old. As an organization, we’re charting our own course, sitting at the intersection of marketing, technology, platforms and consulting. This journey is unique and requires unwavering belief, courage and unity. It’s one that is difficult in its own right and stands against the backdrop of societal unrest and evolution, contending with a global pandemic, the fight against systemic racism, and an unprecedented election.

The pathways between our business and society have converged, bringing us to a critical inflection point. We have been compelled to self-evaluate and think deeply about who we are, and who we want to be. We have taken this time to reflect, redefine, and reinvent ourselves – for the better.

In many ways, it’s easy to choose corporate values. When launching a company, you know what you and your colleagues stand for. Choosing words to define that sentiment isn’t the hard part. What’s hard is making those values more than just words on paper or a mural on a wall.
