Make a Request

Consumer & Data Subject Rights Requests

Kinesso and Matterkind honors the rights of people to control how their personal data is used and shared where we are a controller, as defined under the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and United Kingdom (UK) GDPR or where we are a collector as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Kinesso and Matterkind provide consumers with various rights with respect to their personal information, including a right to know the information that we have about them (“Right to Know”), the right to request the deletion of their personal information (“Right to Delete/Erase”) and the right to opt-out from commercial use (“Opt-Out/Restrict Processing Request”).

Kinesso and Matterkind utilizes an online platform to provide individuals with an easy and secure way to make rights requests. You can use the form to submit a request regarding your personal information for which Kinesso and Matterkind are considered a controller/collector. Depending on the type of request, we will ask you for some personal information so that we may verify your identity. Please note the online portal process includes certain verification procedures that are either permitted or required by law depending upon the type of request submitted. How to Exercise your Rights

Access

Select Access to be provided a report with details on what information Kinesso and/or Matterkind may hold about the individual. All access reports are provided in a readily accessible and portable format that is transferable to another controller via pdf.

Portability

Please select Access to request your data in a portable format. All information found in the Access report will be provided in a pdf format.

Opt Out

To stop Kinesso and/or Matterkind use of individual’s PI for sale, profiling, addressable and/or cross-context behavioral advertising select Opt-Out.

Right to Restrict or Limit

To stop the use of the individual’s personal information select Opt-Out.

Right to Not Be Subject to Automated Decisions

To stop the use of the individual’s personal information in automated decision making select Opt-Out.

Date Deletion

Select Data Deletion to request the deletion of the individual’s personal information that Kinesso and/or Matterkind may hold. Individuals are encouraged to request a Data Access report and review their information before Deletion.

Data Correction

Consumers, please select data deletion to exercise the individual’s right to correction of any personal information that Kinesso and/or Matterkind may hold about the individual. Due to system constraints consumer personal information cannot be corrected.

Appeal

Right to Appeal for Connecticut and/or Virginia Residents:
You may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 45 days of notification that Kinesso’s is not able to complete your request. Include the original request number, the name of the individual and reason for appeal. Kinesso will review and respond to your appeal within 60 days.

Right to Appeal for Colorado Residents:
You may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 45 days of notification that Kinesso’s is not able to complete your request. Include the original request number, the name of the individual and reason for appeal. Kinesso will review and respond to your appeal within 45 days.
