Jarrod Martin

Global Chief Executive Officer

Jarrod Martin is the Global CEO of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. His responsibility is to leverage the data and technology assets the agency has, to drive best-in-class campaigns and business outcomes for its clients. He provides strategic counsel and leadership on data infrastructure, performance marketing, and technology across IPG’s portfolio of agencies, delivering real business outcomes. Jarrod has been a champion of building new service models for clients across core data functions of technology, digital reporting, analytics, and optimization. He is future–focused and dedicated to developing talent across KINESSO, IPG, and our industry at large. Jarrod Martin’s career at IPG Mediabrands began in 2013 where he started a specialist analytics unit in Australia, later moving to New York, becoming Global President of Mediabrands Insights before joining Initiative.

Margaret Kohler

Global Chief Financial Officer

Margaret Kohler is the Global Chief Financial Officer of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. In this capacity, she provides invaluable support for the group’s growth initiatives and tracking performance against targets while collaborating closely with the ELT. Margaret provides strategic counsel to unite teams and foster a cohesive and streamlined financial strategy.

Margaret has an extensive 15-year tenure holding various leadership positions within IPG Mediabrands. Prior to rejoining IPG Mediabrands in 2021, Margaret served as the US Chief Financial Officer at Dentsu Intl’, where she played a critical role in establishing a market-level commercial finance function and successfully centralizing controllership and back-office functions within the market. Margaret has led FP&A teams at prominent divisions: Initiative Global, UM Global, IPG Mediabrands, and McCann Worldgroup, where she was instrumental in implementing new processes and building teams to drive financial efficiency.

Tom Amies-Cull

Global COO

Tom is the Global Chief Operating Officer of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. His responsibility is to scale performance, data and tech capabilities across the group while continually improving ways of working to ensure services aways drive the best outcomes for clients. Tom has worked in the industry for over 20 years, holding agency leadership roles regionally, nationally, and globally. With a background in performance marketing and digital media, he has worked with clients across a range of verticals and led multiple transformation initiatives, bringing diverse teams together to solve complex problems.

Michelle Crenshaw

Global Chief Talent Officer

Michelle Crenshaw is the Global Chief Talent Officer of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. She oversees the development of value-driven and impactful talent initiatives and programming globally. Michelle provides strategic expertise in talent development, organizational and performance management, and business transformation. Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands and Reprise, Michelle worked at PwC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a consultant pursuing Human Resources transformation and change management for Fortune 500 companies. She has spent the previous 20 years of her career in various leadership positions across multiple industries in media, entertainment, pharmaceutical, and financial services.

Sean Muzzy

Global President

Sean Muzzy is the Global President of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. He oversees the integration of all markets as a liaison across IPG Mediabrands for Technology and Addressable Media Activation. Sean provides strategic expertise on innovative business decisions while helping develop talent across the company.

Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands, Sean served as the Global Chief Product Officer of Neo (WPP) and was previously Chief Executive Officer for Neo North America; guiding the organization through a prolific period of customer success.

Glen Conybeare

Global President, Retail Media & Commerce

Glen Conybeare is the Global Retail & Commerce lead of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. He oversees the development and delivery of industry leading enterprise commerce solutions to the company’s global client base. Glen provides strategic counsel and expertise in building digital marketing systems from the ground up.

Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands, Glen worked in automotive consultancy, co-founded a Dynamic Creative Optimization business (acquired), and was instrumental in the building and merging of a UK digital marketing agency to IPG in 2016. He has spent the previous 25 years honing his international experience, including time living in the UK where he currently resides, USA, Spain, and Sweden.

Caitlin Wroblewski

Senior Vice President of Communications and Chief of Staff

Caitlin Wroblewski is the Senior Vice President of Communications at KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands and the Chief of Staff to the CEO of KINESSO, Jarrod Martin. She oversees all internal and external communications strategies for KINESSO globally, ensuring press initiatives and culture-building initiatives are consistent. Within her dual roles, Caitlin shapes the marketing strategy, grounded in operational and financial success. She provides strategic counsel and expertise in re-imagining and challenging the status quo and processes to drive breakthrough results for our people, our partner agencies, and our clients.

Caitlin brings knowledge from her 15 years of industry experience, particularly in marketing and communications. Within her previous leadership positions, she developed internal and outward-facing strategies for c-suite executives, agencies, and brands. Caitlin is a firm believer that creativity, collaboration, and curiosity are key ingredients for an agency’s success.

Prior to joining KINESSO and IPG Mediabrands, Caitlin was leading all Industry Marketing efforts for Reddit. A boomerang to IPG, Caitlin also ran Marketing and Growth at Initiative, winning the agency noteworthy accolades such as Adweek Media Agency of the Year, Ad Age Agency of the Year, and Ad Age’s Best Places to Work.

Kris Biti

APAC Regional President

Kris is the APAC President of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. A former international video journalist, Kris as spent the last 17 years of her career in various roles in media, advertising, innovation, and tech roles across Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining KINESSO in April 2024, Kris relocated from Sydney to Singapore to lead the Asian expansion of a Silicon Valley AdTech & data consultancy MightyHive, which was eventually acquired by Sir Martin Sorrell under the S4-Media.Monks umbrella. Following this, she led organizational transformation and operational rigor as Head of Operations, Client & Growth across multiple business units and merged companies under a unitary brand across APAC.

Matt Ramella

Canada CEO

Matt Ramella is the Canada CEO of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. He oversees a passionate and diverse group of technology-driven specialists who deliver integrated digital activation & performance solutions designed to move client business forward. Matt provides strategic counsel and expertise in growth-driving services for the top brands both globally and in Canada that include cross-channel media activation, digital platforms & intelligence solutions, data & technology capabilities, and future-forward commerce offerings.

In his previous role as President of Reprise Canada, Matt grew Reprise Digital to become Canada’s leading performance marketing agency by helping brands build and accelerate the flow of customers along their path to purchase. He led the development of an industry-leading team with deep strategic and execution expertise in digital marketing, unifying search, social media, digital experience, content, analytics, and ecommerce capabilities.

Matt brings over twenty years of multifaceted experience in media and marketing, having held various agency, ad tech consulting, and client-side roles. Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands, he formerly led the Connections team at AB InBev/Labatt Breweries of Canada and has partnered with the world’s leading brands in his roles as VP, Global Social Strategy & Intelligence at Syncapse and Head of Digital Strategy and Partnerships at IPG Mediabrands/UM Canada.

Chloe Hawking

EMEA CEO

Chloe Hawking is is CEO, UK & Ireland & President, EMEA, of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. As EMEA President, Chloe is focused on ensuring KINESSO’s services are fit and future proofed to match clients’ existing and emerging needs, and the award-winning KINESSO team is thriving. Before her current role, Chloe lead Reprise in the UK & Ireland for 2 years, where she drove incredible business growth, capability, and reputation in the market. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer at PHD and Deputy Managing Director EMEA at Omnicom’s Programmatic Division - Accuen. Her career has provided her a wide-ranging experience in leading digital marketing capabilities for clients and agencies at a local, regional, and global level.

Anne Marie Dono

LATAM Regional President

Anne Marie Dono is the LATAM CEO of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. She oversees digital marketing for IPG Mediabrands’ Latin American region and her resident city of Miami where she supports clients with transformative digital strategy and delivery-based solutions. Anne provides strategic expertise and drives the agency’s digital offering and delivery across performance, e-commerce, digital branding, analytics, programming, and SEO.

Anne has over 20 years of experience in the digital arena working for top agencies, startups, and Fortune 500 technology companies. Prior to joining IPG Mediabrands, Anne was the co-owner of Multiplica US, a digital agency focused on performance media, digital experience, UX, and CRO, prior to the agency’s media unit merging with IPG Mediabrands in 2019.

David Mataranglo

US CEO

David is the US CEO of KINESSO within IPG Mediabrands. He oversees digital media across Addressable, Search, Social, SEO, and Commerce. David provides strategic expertise on performance marketing across the media landscape.

Throughout his six years with IPG Mediabrands, David has served as the US Managing Director and CEO Reprise and the Global Performance Lead for Johnson & Johnson across the Consumer & Pharma lines of business.

He brings 20 years of industry experience across independent, digital, and integrated media agencies.

Prior to joining the company, David was the Search Lead at 360i where he was leading notable performance clients and held leadership roles at various agencies supporting brands and acquisition efforts.
