To complete your request online you must provide a valid email address in order to respond to the confirmation email that validates your request.

Restrict the Use of My Personal Information
You have the right or choice at any time to opt out of the sale of your personal information with third parties and its sharing for use in sale, profiling, addressable and/or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Please note that KINESSO does not process employee/applicant data in any way that necessitates restriction.
Get My Personal Information
You have the right or choice to request the personal information about you we have collected, used, disclosed, shared, or sold.
Click the “Get Started” button to fill out a request to be provided a report with details on what information KINESSO may hold about you. All Access reports are provided in a readily accessible and portable format that is transferable to another controller via PDF.
Delete My Personal Information
You have the right or choice to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Individuals are encouraged to request a Data Access report and review their information before Deletion.
Correct My Personal Information
You have the right or choice to request a correction of your inaccurate personal information.
Please note that KINESSO processes all Consumer correction requests by deleting the personal information that KINESSO holds about the individual. To exercise your right to correction of any personal information held by KINESSO about the individual, please submit a request for Data Deletion.
Appeal My Previous Request
Right to Appeal for Connecticut and/or Virginia Residents:
You may submit an appeal within 45 days of notification that KINESSO is not able to complete your request. Include the original request number, the name of the individual and reason for appeal. KINESSO will review and respond to your appeal within 60 days.
Right to Appeal for Colorado Residents:
You may submit an appeal within 45 days of notification that KINESSO is not able to complete your request. Include the original request number, the name of the individual and reason for appeal. KINESSO will review and respond to your appeal within 45 days.
