KINESSO honors the rights of people to control how their personal data is used and shared where we are a controller, as defined under the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and United Kingdom (UK) GDPR or where we are a collector as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
KINESSO provide consumers with various rights with respect to their personal information, including a right to know the information that we have about them (“Right to Know”), the right to request the deletion of their personal information (“Right to Delete/Erase”) and the right to opt-out from commercial use (“Opt-Out/Restrict Processing Request”).
KINESSO utilizes an online platform to provide individuals with an easy and secure way to make rights requests. You can use the form to submit a request regarding your personal information for which KINESSO are considered a controller/collector. Depending on the type of request, we will ask you for some personal information so that we may verify your identity. Please note the online portal process includes certain verification procedures that are either permitted or required by law depending upon the type of request submitted.
